Warm Milk - A good example of a natural sleep aid

A very good example of a natural sleep aid is warm milk. Its effectiveness may vary from one person to another. Warm milk has amino acids that converts to a sleep-enhancing compound in the brain which can help you relax enough to drift to sleep. If milk is not enough to help you sleep, then you could try to use caffeine-free drink like the chamomile tea.
