Scrub and mask for the face: the basics

Scrub, scrub, scrub, peeling … Sometimes, it was frankly difficult to navigate! These terms are actually part of the same family: exfoliation, or action to rid the skin of dead cells. The scrub (scrub in English) acts as a mechanical friction via the small abrasive grains against the skin. While the peeling uses molecules in chemical (enzymes, salicylic acid, fruit acids).

Attention also, any exposure to the sun is banished after peeling. The scrub is much milder: it refers once or twice a week depending on your skin type. Avoid the eyes, gently massage and rinse thoroughly with water product.

Choose your mask as required and the nature of your skin. Dry Skin  move towards a moisturizing mask, based on plant extracts or biological weapons that can regenerate hydrolipidic film. Oily skin however will opt for a mask purity (often made of clay or algae), which cleans clogged pores and removes excess sebum. Finally, more mature skin prefer a mask down and reconstituting nutritious.

For maximum efficiency, your mask for the face must be applied on a cleansed skin and hair? Even better, after you scrub (skin is permeable 100%). You can apply directly with your fingers or with a brush for more precision. Respect the time to pause, rinse with water or wipe with a tissue as indicated and make your treatment once a week
