Scaling and polishing roots have the effect

Scaling and polishing roots have the effect of removing plaque and polishing the surfaces of roots that damage to the tissues of your gums can join again. - A supplement of coenzyme Q10 might be helpful. Naturally present in human cells, this substance increases the oxygenation of tissues. At doses of 60 to 100 mg per day, it could help reduce bleeding and inflammation. To increase its absorption, take coenzyme Q10 in the form of capsule.
- Take a multivitamin supplement. Choose a product containing vitamin C and calcium. It may be that you still have to take a calcium supplement.
