Getting the Required Amount of Sleep
Chances are that we don’t actually get our required amount of sleep. And many of us who are living in a modern industrial society are suffering from a worsening sleep problems. As for most of use today n average of 8 hours sleep each night is an impossible dream. And because of our busy schedule our sleep time is greatly affected. We all need 7-8 hours of sleep everyday in order for us to function fully in our optimum level. And if sleep problem is greatly disrupting our sleep pattern, then it is time to seek for relief, treatment and sleep aid. It is also advised that in order to combat any sleep problem we have to keep regular sleeping schedule, maintain a comfortable bedroom, getting at least half an hour of physical exercise each day avoiding caffeine, stimulants and alcoholic beverages before bedtime.
